limit went from 390,000 to 271,050 ouch. This is an important note to our
clients especially those shopping. Conventional regular loans are next on
the list. We don't know the new number yet but it could well be in the
270,000 range. That means above 270,000 will be the new Jumbo! That will
hurt. So for all those buyers on the fence now is the time!!
